This week, Bryan and Eric celebrate Nerdonomy’s one year anniversary by discussing… their own family histories, of course.
If you are a regular listener to the podcasts (www.nerdonomy.com) then you may have heard us drop a few references to the nerdonomy home game. Well this game hasn’t really existed…
UNTIL NOW! (Did you guys just get excited? Because I know I did…)
So here’s the game:
The Setup: First subscribe to the podcasts, and tell your friends about it. Pick a friend or two to play with when a new episode comes out, and pick a Nerd to represent you! You earn points based on what your Nerd does during the podcast. For instance, if I’m listening to an episode of Nerds on History, I can pick Eric and someone else can pick Bryan. If one of the other Nerds is guest hosting on the show, like Kevin, then a third person may join, or those points can go to both players.
I’ve always grown up with the philosophy that what you dislike about others, is what you really dislike about yourself. For instance when I was eleven, I really hated my best friend Scott’s need to act out every mundane story that he told, and then the following day, I looked in the mirror. I grew up that day.
This week, The Nerds welcome guest Michael Davis from the popular YouTube Channel THE WARP ZONE to discuss the competitive world of internet video production.
History is full of conspiracy theories. This week, special guest Kevin Sutorius joins us as we focus on conspiracy theories from recent history. Follow us on Twitter @Nerdonomy, and don’t forget to check out the new Nerdonomy.com!
