So…Lincoln Happened

Roxi, Sean, and Bryan take some time to catch up on life. Then, after some frenetic antics, they finally get to the main topic of the episode.  The nerds cap off Spielberguary 2019 by discussing one of the best of the Spielberg historical dramas: Lincoln.

There is so much to love and discuss about this film, which stars Daniel Day-Lewis and Sally Field. Listen as we comment on the brilliance of the acting, screenplay, cinematography, and Bryan’s half-hearted criticism of John Williams‘s score.

This episode features a snippets of “The People’s House” from Williams’s score, as well as Jerry Goldsmith‘s score for Soarin’ over California.
