For our annual Oscar show, necessity and creativity compelled us to do something different this year. With the exception of Bryan, none of the other co-hosts were available to participate in the festivities. Instead, Bryan recruited a panel of guest hosts: friend of the podcast Bryan Knapp, Bryan’s fiancee Vanessa Alvarez, and first time guest (and fellow film nerd) Hayley Lovgren. The recording took place at Bryan and Vanessa’s Oscar party, with an Mac-Guyvered one-mic setup.
The panel discusses the highlights, as well as their thoughts on each of the Best Pictures nominees, as well is trying to keep Bryan coherent.
